CORNERSTONE'S CAMPING WEEKEND!
CAMPING WEEKEND AT BAPIST YOUTH CAMP IN CHARLOTTE:
On Saturday, August 28 - Sunday, August 29th - the church family enjoyed a camping weekend! What a fun Saturday with kayaking, swimming and a bonfire in the evening. Many church members stayed the night in the different cabins on the campground. There was delicious food for breakfast and also a lunch after the services. Everything was served from pancakes, eggs, bacon, hot dogs, fish chowder, beans, spaghetti, green bean and tossed salads, cold cuts and many delicious desserts. It was all a yummy feast! After the church service at 10 a.m. there was a baptism held in the lake. Celia Cummings and Cameron McCabe were both baptized with Pastor Mark Edwards officiating. We hope to have this wonderful family time event again next summer, and if you missed it - we hope to see you there!
